On 4th October 2025, Shilpkar Law College had the privilege of hosting a guest lecture by Adv. Aaditya Gore on the theme “Investigation in Criminal Justice.”
Drawing on practice, Adv. Gore walked students through the lifecycle of an investigation — from the first information report to the filing of a charge sheet — and the safeguards that protect the rights of the accused at each stage.
Students left with a clearer sense of how doctrine meets practice, and of the professional judgment that effective criminal advocacy demands.
