Dr. Dipali Patil

Principal

Dr. Dipali Patil serves as Principal of Shilpkar Law College, bringing over sixteen years of distinguished experience in both teaching and academic administration.

A doctoral scholar in Constitutional Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, she has authored numerous articles on fundamental rights, environmental governance and consumer protection in peer-reviewed journals.

Deeply committed to mentoring, she integrates experiential learning into the curriculum, guiding student research on contemporary socio-legal challenges and fostering a culture of ethical inquiry.

Ms. Sanjana Bharadwaj
International Human Rights Law

Ms. Sanjana Bharadwaj

Assistant Professor of Law

Ms. Sanjana Bharadwaj began her academic journey at NALSAR University of Law, graduating with distinction before completing her LL.M. in International Human Rights Law.

She has served on the faculty of the Department of Law at Savitribai Phule Pune University and at MIT World Peace University’s School of Law. Her classroom emphasises case analysis, critical debate and problem-solving.

An active contributor to national workshops on gender justice and climate litigation, she supervises our Legal Dialogue Series, inviting practitioners and scholars to engage with students on emerging legal trends.

Dr. Nagnath Bansode

Professor

Dr. Nagnath M. Bansode brings over twenty years of experience in legal scholarship and teaching across Legal History, Labour Laws, Corporate Law and Banking Regulation, holding an LL.B., MBA (HR), LL.M. and a Ph.D.

His work — published in leading national journals — examines the intersection of labour rights and corporate governance. He has served on advisory committees for government labour tribunals and led executive training programmes for banking professionals.

Advocate Shraddha Bhate brings a strong blend of academic excellence and teaching expertise, holding a Master’s degree in Law from ILS Law College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

With extensive experience teaching law, her engaging, application-grounded approach guides students through both the theoretical and practical dimensions of legal education, inspiring critical thinking and advocacy skills.
